Games Room
This popular room is located in the old stable block and is situated across from the house beyond the small lawn. It has a pub-sized pool table and table football. As usual, the room is full of books too, so if you wish to quietly escape the madding crowd for a read you could consider this.
Table Tennis
Located in the outbuildings beyond the car parking area is the rustic table tennis room. A great room for letting off steam or perhaps showing your skills to your uncle or best friend! This room is great when the rain comes and particularly popular during the winter months. It has a concrete floor and no heating so don’t forget your trainers and fleece.
Playing Field
The playing field is located to the east of the garden and next to the cider orchards. It is a big space. The pitch area is kept mowed and comes with 2 football posts. Cricket and rounders have been played here too during the summer months. This is a great space to enjoy with your family and friends.
